- You want to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. I won’t help with that — it doesn’t last, and watching it not last would frustrate both of us.
- You’re looking for someone to scream at you in the gym. Not my style.
- You don’t want to lift. Strength training is non-negotiable in what I teach. Read this first — and then decide.

I’m Lipi, based in Bowmanville, Ontario.
I’m not a certified coach. What I have is years of doing this for myself, paying close attention to what worked and what didn’t, watching too many people lose weight on extreme diets and gain it all back, and reading more nutrition and strength research than is probably healthy.
Coaching isn’t about handing you a plan. An AI like ChatGPT will write you one in 30 seconds. Coaching is being the person who notices when you stop replying, asks why, and helps you start again.
